Building a poly household and/or becoming a member of an existing poly household. In this segment I will share my personal journey from the beginning to the present moment. Please be aware this is my view point based on my experience and what I have learned. There will be a high-level overview how to select/recruit quality people for your household. For those looking to join an existing household I will provide also some high-level overview of how to go about this process. I strongly suggest knowing who you are as a person, your values and the ideal situation your looking for. Mind you not all household are live-in. Screening is essential for the household and the candidate. Both need to ask themselves what skills, services and qualities does this individual(s) pocess that will enrich the M/s, D/s, SM needs within the house/individual. Clear communication and honesty are critical components throughout not only during the screening process, the probationary period and with a good deal of patience/luck becoming a member of a close knit family.
