The panelists are: Maja Taylor is a scientist and development professional who has worked 20+ years in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Environmental Industries. She is responsible for Training and Development and delivers Leadership seminars and corporate coaching to help managers be better leaders. She has been on her spiritual path for decades and feels guided to share her gifts with others. She works with people to help them uncover their highest potential by connecting them with their higher self using spirit, energy and numbers. Barbara Hetzel is a veteran in Organizational Development. She has worked in nonprofit and for profit arenas, in small enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. One of her passions is helping people help themselves. Her company, Ridge Top Coaching, works with women leaders to help them communicate dynamically, inspire and influence others, and enjoy the life they want. She is also an ordained Interfaith Minister and has worked with couples and individuals in providing weddings, funeral and memorial services and more. Nick Ciavatta is an experienced journalist and voice-over artist who has done work for NBC, Clear Eyes and Discovery Channel. He is also a musician and live music promoter who puts on shows in the NYC area. His production company Friggin Fabulous Productions does commercials, demos and more. Nick is not religious, but strongly believes in the power of prayer and meditation. He says spirituality thrives in human beings when they are allowed to interpret their universe through music, art, literature and other outlets.
