Ruths childs book of optimism, A SMILEY BOOK OF COLORS http://spontaneoussmiley.com/smiley-book/ was recently released by Random House and features dozens Smiley photos. Ruth took all that enthusiasm and approached Operation Smile http://spontaneoussmiley.com/operation-spontaneous-smiley/ about raising funds for children to receive free facial surgeries. Spontaneous Smiley has paid for 25 children to have life changing surgery! As great as that is, Ruth is most proud of how Spontaneous Smiley is helping people to see that being an optimist is a choice.
